FINES AND RECOGNITIONS
Tim Clarke returned from a great vacation ending in Barcelona, Spain involving yet another large vessel (50ft plus).
Joanne Scott thanked all the Rotarians who could make it to a magical 150th celebration of the Boys and Girls Club. Governor Baker was in attendance, and many other Rotarians also mentioned what a wonderful evening it was.
Gerrit Bradley celebrated Doktoberfest at his summer home in Jaffrey,NH, trading his sister’s friends hard work moving docks, boats, and a raft for sausages and beer.
Leslie Levesque mentioned how happy her niece was to receive a $100 check for winning the calendar raffle, and thanked Bob Anthony for his behind the scenes work writing letters to the calendar winners!
Jason Consalvo’s son ran for a 96 yd. flag football touchdown.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CLUB BUSINESS
Dutch Drinks will be this Friday beginning 4:30PM at the neighborhood watering hole, The Tin Whistle (241 Jefferson Ave, Salem).
The Board has approved a dozen Salem Rotary aprons which we can wear when doing our various service projects. Very sharp looking!
Gerrit Bradley was voted onto the Rotary Board after Rob Lutts stepped off. Gerrit had been the next runner-up in club voting for a Board position according to Dr. Eisner.
