NSCAP- North Shore Community Action Programs

North Shore Community Action Programs, Inc. (NSCAP) is the designated anti-poverty agency for Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, and Salem. We also serve residents of 18 other communities in Essex County. The people that come to NSCAP are empowered to move toward self-sufficiency.Low-income families and individuals obtain the skills and knowledge they need to become economically independent, civically engaged, and able to live with dignity. Paul Crosby is a member of the NSCAP board.
