Making A Living Lying for 30 Years

Since 1990, Tony Toledo has been paying his bills by telling his stories. Sometimes he scares listeners. Sometimes he makes them laugh. Sometimes he tells a tender tale. Sometimes the tale he tells is tall. Tony is 63 years old but reads at a 71 year old level. Long ago he bought with his stories his massive one tenth of an acre estate on Prospect Hill in Beverly that has just room enough for his basil, his books and his bicycle. He hosts his Annual Corn Party in his front yard. He hosts the Annual Pie Potluck at the Beverly Library. For seven years he hosted Speak Up Spoken Word Open Mic every Wednesday in Lynn.
